Well hello! Had you wondered where I was? probably not I'm guessing!! I've been extra busy at work and just haven't had the time or energy to do much crafting in the evenings. When I have though, I've been making this paper bag album. I started with 6 paper lunch bags...
and turned it into this. We went to watch a medieval reinactment which was just great fun.
I cut the handles off and folded the bags. (I followed a tutorial on youtube), and then stuck them together. For the pages of the book, I've only used photos of Joe in the museum in the grounds. The small inner parts of the pages (these are the bottom of the bags) I kept for the journalling.
Inside there are spaces for inserts. I've slightly pulled out this double one. There are photos on both sides and they just slip in and out.
This is one of the completed inserts, taken out.
Here you can see the top of the book. This shows how you can still see that this was really made out of paper bags! I used my cropodile to put in an eyelet in the top of each insert and the attached some fibres and ribbons for pulling out.
And there you have it!
Hope you like it.
Ally xx
