Going for a run

Some of you know that I have taken up running. Well, when I say running, I'm actually using the term loosely! I started with a walk run plan and am still not getting very far! But this is where I run. It's such a beautiful place and with my mp3 player on, it's lovely to just lose yourself. It certainly beats running around the streets thinking that everyone is looking and laughing!!

Lovely LO Ally. Your run route looks beautiful, hopefully you will look at this LO and it will remind you to keep at it (or at least shame you into it) I don't do running so you are one up on me anyway.
